MISSION

ENJIPAI set up with a very specific purpose: Help the maasai community of Mfereji (NORTHERN Tanzania) to build and equip a maasai school in order to improve the education of their children. A maasai school with a unique school program and educational curriculum that cover the specific needs of maasai children. It is so important to create a fluid way between the necessary formal education and the children’s traditional education.

WHY "ENJIPAI"?

 

In Maa, the maasai language, ENJIPAI means “happiness”. That is our goal. That is our dream:
bring happiness to every one in Mfereji. That every child can draw their smile, writing thousands
of time the word “happiness” and all the words they want. Even better, to write stories on their
own and then, read them aloud.
